THE STORY BEHIND REGIONALLY ROOTED
Big-picture clarity. Small-town roots. People-first always.
Regionally Rooted didn’t come from a business plan—it came from lived experience.
I’ve spent most of my life in small-town Ohio—Shelby County to be exact—where business and community are rarely separate. It’s where I learned how much the people side of work really matters.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked behind the scenes as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Personal Strategist, and Communications Partner—supporting high-profile leaders, local business owners, creatives, and mission-driven teams through just about every kind of growth and transition you can imagine.
I started as a self-taught Virtual Assistant—teaching myself how to use a computer so I could apply for work online—and over time, that evolved into something much bigger. I’ve worked with CEOs and bestselling authors. Coordinated logistics for world-renowned speakers. Helped leadership teams navigate conflict, build culture, and stay aligned when everything around them was shifting.
That work gave me an inside view of how organizations really function—and how quickly we can lose connection to the people and purpose that matter most.
That’s what led me to start Regionally Rooted.
Why It Matters
-
Because misalignment costs more than money.
-
Because good people walk away when things go unspoken.
-
Because customers can feel the disconnect long before it shows up in the data.
-
And because real, sustainable, rooted growth requires clarity, care, and follow-through.
